These results did NOT happen overnight. I mean, you can clearly see by the dates that it took 5 months. But the results were a product of consistency in nutrition, training, and recovery. And you know what else are consistent...your habits!

That's right...you are either in the habit of doing the right things, or in the habit of doing the wrong things. And boy do you pay in the long run when you can't kick those nasty habits...

That is why I'm no longer leaving you to your own devices...

Gone are the days of the "all or nothing" mindset. That's right...you can mess up and still be on track with your goals. Because it is what you do CONSISTENTLY that will determine your results. 

If you consistently eat like trash, sandbag your training, sleep 4 hours a night, and run around during the day like a true basket case...then yeah, you are not going to lose weight, gain muscle, PR your lifts, or have any other good outcome from those habits.

If you consistently eat clean, follow your program to a T, sleep 9 hours a day, and have your day planned down to the minute...you may succeed initially, but you'll burn out at some point...and then what happens??

What you need is a way to kick the nasty habits to the curb, implement the necessary habits you need to succeed, and know how to balance your life and your goals
